According to the judgment of 25 January 2019 declaring the opening of the insolvency proceedings of Europlasma and the Group companies (see press release of 25/01/2019), the Commercial Court of Mont de Marsan set an observation period of 6 months to implement sustainable industrial projects and safeguard jobs.
