COMPANY ADMINISTRATION
THE EUROPLASMA GROUP HAS IMPLEMENTED STRUCTURAL INITIATIVES IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN THE GOVERNANCE AND ORGANISATION OF THE GROUP IN LINE WITH ITS AMBITIOUS.
Thus the Group has formalised a set of rules of procedure which were adopted by all members of the Board of Directors in 2010.
In particular, thes rules of procedure describe:
- the composition and functionning of the Board of Directors
- the assesment of work of the Board of Directors
- the rules applied to the Directors
- the different specialist committees
Board composition
The Articles of Association state that the Board of Directors shall be composed of at least three (3) members and a maximum of eighteen (18).
The Board of Directors is composed of three (3) members.
